1.1 Payment Terms

  • For Custom Orders: A 50% upfront deposit is required before starting production. The remaining balance must be cleared before delivery.
  • For Standard Services: Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.

Once the payment is confirmed, we will start processing your order immediately.

2. Delivery Process

We take pride in ensuring that your prototypes and models are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Our delivery process involves the following steps:

After payment confirmation, the time required to prepare your order depends on the complexity and size of the project:

  • Standard Products: 3-5 business days
  • Custom Designs & Prototyping: 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

You will be notified of any adjustments to the timeline if necessary.

2.2 Shipping Options

We offer various shipping options based on your location and urgency:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Local Pickup: If you’re nearby, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our facility.

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order, and will be displayed at checkout.
